Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging
- Final sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened:
- Slips
- Culottes
- Similar underwear items
Important Note for Swimwear: Swimsuits (one-piece or two-piece) can be returned only if the hygienic protection is intact and the item hasn’t been worn.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject « Demande de retour/échange »
- Complete the return request form (template provided below) and attach it to your email
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions within 48 hours
- Pack your item carefully in its original packaging with all accessories and tags

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
- For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchanged item has a different price, we will adjust the amount accordingly
- Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
