Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (€12.95):
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

• You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging
• Final sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened:

• Slips
• Culottes
• Similar underwear items

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject « Demande de retour/échange »
2. Complete the return request form (template provided below) and attach it to your email
3. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions within 48 hours
4. Pack your item carefully in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
5. Ship your return to:

6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your request

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
• For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the exchanged item has a different price, we will adjust the amount accordingly
• Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
